To this end we are working on a Development Programme for final year college students

Hands-on, practical experience will help to hone and develop your skills. Under the supervision and guidance of a reputable, professional lighting design company, working with high profile clients, we can offer an environment to widen your knowledge and realise your potential.

We began the programme in 2007, and already one trainee has since joined us as a valuable full-time addition to the Siyan team.
